2024.12 Glory Technology Service Honored as "Gold-Level Supplier in the Chunghwa Telecom ESG Sustainable Supply Chain"

In its pursuit of corporate sustainability and low-carbon transformation, Glory Technology Service has once again demonstrated outstanding performance and was honored with the prestigious title of "Gold-Level Supplier in the Chunghwa Telecom ESG Sustainable Supply Chain". This year’s recognition event, themed “Low-Carbon Foundation, Sustainable Win-Win”, was officiated by Chunghwa Telecom Chairman Jian Zhi-Cheng and Executive Vice President Hong Wei-Guo. Representing Glory Technology Service to receive this esteemed award were Chairman and General Manager Eric Chang and Vice President C.H. Tseng.

Chunghwa Telecom’s Sustainable Supply Chain Grading System

Since 2019, Chunghwa Telecom has led the telecommunications industry by introducing the "Sustainable Supplier Partnership Grading System", based on the international standard ISO 20400 Sustainable Procurement Guidelines. Suppliers’ sustainability achievements are categorized into four levels:

• Gold
• Silver
• Bronze
• Participant

This system aims to encourage suppliers to adopt ESG principles (Environmental, Social, and Governance), actively promoting sustainable actions while achieving both profitability and sustainable development goals.
